Placed in a sunny position in the middle of apple-fields our house is 8 km away from our country town Bolzano and about 15 Minutes walk from the centre of Laives. Cyclists can easily reach the near local network of bicycle routes; hikers find rewarding panoramic views of the Dolomites as well as the warm lakes Kaltern and Montiggl within a 20 minute drive. Also the medieval alleyways of the city town Bolzano are within easy reach.

Our lovingly furnished flats for 2-5 persons are composed of a comfortable living room/kitchen, double bed room, bathroom with WC and shower, balcony. They're equipped with bedclothes, towels, dishes and cookware as well as TV sets, safe and hair dryer. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a well-tended garden and a playground for children.
