The "Haus am Hang" is situated 8 km south of Bolzano, the capital of South-Tyrol at the bottom of the Braitmborg, in al calm and sunny landscape, surrounded by a fruit-plantation belonging to the owner.
This convenient situation (Laives 258 m) is an excellent base for outside activities like sports, wandering and sightseeing.
Our house supplies fun all through the year. There's shiing during the wintertime - not to mention the romantic X-mas-markets and The outstanding opportunities for shopping. From spring to autumn-fall you will be enchanted by the beauty of natur itself/blossoming, grape harvesting, "Törggelezeit" -teime for roast chestnuts + "Sussa" /a preform of wine) an you can take part in the harvest activities if you like.
Our house - a family enterprise-supplies four appartments which are completely furnished and can be used by 2-4 persons (it needed, there is space for more, you can easily rent an extra bed). Each appartment has for 1-2 bedrooms, bathroom + WC, a cosy living-room with a built-in kitchen, a rental TV and a big balcony or terrace. You can park your car on a park place or in a garage. If you want we can organize barbecues.
